Welcome to Simply Organized For You (SOFY). By booking and utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Credit payment Methods We accept payments via the following methods: Mastercard (MC), Visa, American Express (Amex). Please note: 3.4% processing fee will be applied by our provider. 2. Scheduling and Booking Fee To secure your appointment, a $250 scheduled booking fee is required. This amount will be deducted from your final invoice upon completion of services.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy *Cancellations or Rescheduling (Request of a min 48 Hours Prior to Appointment) You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking. *Cancellations or Rescheduling (Less Than 48 Hours Prior to Appointment) For cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the appointment, a deposit of $250 will not be refunded.
4. Refund Policy The $250 booking fee is non-refundable but will be credited toward the final service invoice. Any additional fees or unused services will be subject to evaluation based on the cancellation policy.
5. Liability and Insurance Simply Organized For You is fully bonded and insured, ensuring the safety and security of your property during service appointments. However, SOFY shall not be held responsible for any pre-existing damages or unforeseeable events beyond our control.
6. Agreement to Terms By making a booking with SOFY, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms of service.
7. Governing Law - Controlling Law. The validity, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement shall be controlled by and construed under the laws of The Province of British Columbia. Customer waives right to jury trial or small claim’s court and agrees that all disagreements be settled by arbitration in the Province of British Columbia (https://vaniac.org/) The term for complaint or issue is 10 days from sign off and of final payment.
